Terms of Use

Information only

Everything here is general information. It is not medical advice, and it does not take your own circumstances into account. Talk to a licensed professional before you decide on any treatment.

Prices

Prices on the site describe what we found on the date shown. They are not offers from us or from any clinic, and a clinic may change them at any time.

Using the site

• Use the site lawfully and give accurate details in the form.
• Do not try to disrupt the site or send automated requests to the form.
• Quote short passages with a link back. Do not copy whole pages.

Links and other parties

We link to other sites for sources. We do not control them and are not responsible for what they say. A partner clinic is responsible for its own care and its own advertising.

Limits of our responsibility

We work to keep the site accurate, but we provide it as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make based on it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that the law does not allow us to limit.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date on this page shows when we last reviewed them.
