What we collect
When you visit
We count page views and clicks on key buttons. Each count notes the page, the domain of the site you came from and your country as our hosting provider sees it. There are no cookies and no advertising identifiers.
When you send a request
Your first name, mobile number, ZIP code, city, the treatment you chose, your email (optional), the address of the page you used, and a record of your consent: the date, the version of the text you saw, the channels you agreed to and your confirmation that you are 18 or older. A shortened network address is saved with the request only to stop abuse, and it is cleared after 24 hours.
Interest in a cosmetic treatment can count as consumer health data under some state laws. We treat it with extra care and ask for consent separately. Our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy covers it.
Why we use it
Page counts show us which pages help readers. A request is used to place you on the waitlist and to email you when a verified clinic is ready in your area. Your consent is the basis.
Consent
The form has one box, not ticked in advance. It is needed to send the form, and it covers three things: your confirmation that you are 18 or older, consent to our handling of your details as described, and authorization for email, calls and texts.
Calls and texts
Because of that box, we may call you or send texts and prerecorded voicemails at the mobile number you gave, using automated systems. The messages are about your request and about clinics that open near you, and they may be advertising. We make them only between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. in your time zone, and carrier rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
To make them stop, reply STOP to a text, or tell us at [email protected] or by any other clear means. We end all calls and texts promptly and always within 10 business days, with one confirming text. Your number stays on our do-not-contact list in coded form only.
How long we keep it
A daily job deletes every request 12 months after it was sent. Ask us earlier and we delete within 30 days of confirming that the request is yours. Backups at our hosting provider may outlast deletion briefly.
After deletion, a small proof of consent stays for 3 years: one-way coded versions of your phone number and email (they cannot be read back), the consent text versions, the dates, the site and your age confirmation. It holds no name, ZIP code or treatment. Its only uses are to show that you agreed and to honor a withdrawal. Page counts hold no personal details and are deleted after 25 months.
Your rights
You may ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it or take back your consent. Depending on where you live, such as California, Washington, Nevada or Connecticut, state law may add rights; they are listed in the Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy. Write to [email protected] or use the contact page. We will ask you to confirm the request is yours, we answer within 45 days and we do not treat you worse for asking.
Age
This site is for adults. You confirm you are 18 or older before sending a request, and we do not knowingly collect details from anyone younger.
Changes
When we change this policy in a way that matters, we change the date and the consent versions above and ask again where the law requires it.
