Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

How Microneedling Cost treats the consumer health data that arrives with a quote request, and how you can steer it.

Effective October 15, 2026

Version en-US-2026-10-15-3

Who is behind this

Pharma Coa S.L., 4354 collins avenue, Miami Beach , [email protected] (“we”) operates Microneedling Cost. We are a price reference, not a clinic, and HIPAA does not apply to us. This notice is written for the Washington My Health My Data Act, the Nevada consumer health data provisions (NRS 603A.400 to .550) and the Connecticut Data Privacy Act.

1. What we handle and for what

  • Your name, mobile number, ZIP code and city.
  • The treatment you choose (facial microneedling, RF microneedling or not sure). It shows you may be weighing a health-related service, which is why it counts as consumer health data.
  • Your email, when you give or need one.
  • A consent record: the date, the text version shown, the channels you agreed to, your 18-or-older confirmation and a shortened network address.

We use all of it for two things: to place your request on the waitlist and to email you if a verified clinic becomes ready in your area. A daily job erases each request 12 months after it was sent. The data sits in a database run by our hosting provider, and only the small team that runs the waitlist can open it.

2. Where it comes from

From you, through the quote form. We obtain nothing from data sellers, from other websites or from watching how you browse.

3. Who gets it

No consumer health data goes to a third party or an affiliate. The one outside company involved is our host and database provider, Cloudflare, Inc., which processes the data for us under a contract and only on our instruction. The list of third parties that have received your data is therefore empty.

A partner clinic would first need your separate consent naming it. If it paid us, we would also ask you for a separate signed authorization to sell, and keep a copy.

4. Tracking by outside companies

None. This site has no cookies, advertising pixels or scripts from other companies, so no outsider collects data about you here over time or across websites.

5. Your rights

  • Confirm whether we collect, share or sell your consumer health data, and get a copy with the list of third parties that received it (none so far).
  • Withdraw your consent.
  • Have the data corrected.
  • Have it deleted.

Send an email to [email protected] headed “Consumer health data request”, from the address you used or quoting the phone number you gave, so we can find your entry. We reply within 45 days; we may extend once by 45 more days and will say why. We delete within 30 days after confirming the request is yours and tell our processors to delete too. Backups can take longer, within the law. Two requests a year are free, and we treat no one worse for making one.

6. Appeals

If we turn a request down, reply with the subject “Appeal”. We answer in writing within 45 days and give our reasons. If you still disagree, you can complain to your state Attorney General: Washington, Nevada or Connecticut.

7. Updates

If what we collect, why, or who receives it changes, we revise this page and its effective date, email you if you left an address, and ask for your consent again before the change applies to your data.
